Terms of Services

HealthX360 Solutions OÜ (“HealthX360”) provides personalized educational sessions (via Microsoft Teams) on chronic pain and multidimensional health. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of HealthX360’s services.

Important disclaimer: All information from HealthX360 is strictly informational/educational and not medical advice or treatment. You agree that HealthX360 is not a healthcare provider; no doctor-patient relationship is created, and you must always consult a qualified professional for medical issues. Users must be adults – you confirm that you are 18 years or older.

Session Details

Each session is a one-time, live one-on-one consultation via Microsoft Teams on the topic you select (typically chronic pain or related health issues). Sessions are informational only and focus on simplifying scientific/medical topics for your understanding. The content is tailored to your request but is not based on personal medical examination. HealthX360 will prepare educational materials in advance (based on your inquiry) to cover the subject.

Booking and Fees

After you contact HealthX360 with your inquiry, we will evaluate the topic’s complexity and provide a price quote before scheduling the session. The fee is determined on a case-by-case basis. You must pay the quoted fee by bank transfer to the specified HealthX360 Wise account (in the appropriate currency) prior to the session. HealthX360 will not hold sessions without cleared payment.

Payment Details

Payments are made by direct bank transfer using Wise (formerly TransferWise). HealthX360 will provide account details for each currency. It is your responsibility to pay any transfer fees; the fee quoted is the amount HealthX360 must receive.

No Refunds or Cancellations

All payments are final and non-refundable. Because sessions are prepared and materials are customized in advance, HealthX360 does not offer refunds under any circumstance (including client no-shows or last-minute cancellations). By paying the fee, you acknowledge that the time and work dedicated to your session cannot be recouped even if you do not attend.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided during or as a result of the session (slides, documents, recordings, etc.) are the exclusive intellectual property of HealthX360. You may use them for your personal reference only. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or publish this content without our written permission. HealthX360 retains copyright and all other proprietary rights in its educational content.

Client Communication

There is no user account or registration system. Clients contact HealthX360 directly by email or through the provided Calendly booking link. We do not maintain any user profiles or credentials. All communications (email, calendar invites) are handled directly with you.

Limitation of Liability

HealthX360 provides content “as is” for educational purposes. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or applicability of the information. You accept that any use of the session content is at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, HealthX360 is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the educational content. This includes any decisions you make based on the session; always verify information with qualified professionals.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Estonian law and applicable European Union regulations (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
